When we say, "We," "Our," or "Us," we’re referring to Context, a product of Makeshift Studios Ltd, and our employees, directors, officers, affiliates, and subsidiaries. When we say, "You" or "Your," we’re referring to you, your team, company or persons that have registered with us to use Context.
If You do not agree to these Terms of Service, You must cease use of the Website and the Services immediately
We do not claim ownership of any intellectual property rights to any of the content or material you upload to Context. However, we require that you grant us the rights to transmit, store and copy your data in order to display it to you and any parties that you feel are relevant to the effective use of the Services. This also includes the ability for parties to search, create and provide feedback and other actions needed to operate the Service. This permission also includes allowing Context to use third-party services such as Slack in the operation of the Service. These rights are extended to the third-party service, Slack.
You are responsible for protecting any personal and non-personal information collected by You and contained in any account that You submit to the Website in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Context continually tries to keep all information secure from unauthorised access by using SSL encryption on sensitive data. However, transmission over the Internet cannot be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so any information You submit is done so at Your own risk.
Whilst we have implemented commercially reasonable technical and organisational measures to secure Your personal information from unauthorised use, we cannot guarantee that unauthorised third parties will never be able to defeat those measures. You acknowledge that You provide Your personal information at Your own risk.
You are responsible for your own conduct and and the content or material you upload to Context while using the Service.
We respect intellectual property and we require our users to do this as well. We will respond to any notices of alleged copyright infringement if they comply with the law, and we will take action if needed.
All text, graphics, photographs, trademarks, logos, artwork and computer code (collectively, "Content"), including but not limited to the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, "look and feel" and arrangement of such Content, contained on the Context Website or Services is owned, controlled or licensed by or to Makeshift Studios Limited, and is protected by trade dress, copyright, patent and trademark laws, and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws.
You may stop using our Services at any time. Additionally, we reserve the right to suspend or end your Services at any time at our discretion and without notice. This includes the right to suspend or terminate your use of Context if you don't comply with these Terms, or if you use the Services in a way that would cause Makeshift Studios any legal liability, or disrupt the Services or affect others' users use of the Services.
Only persons age 13 or older have permission to access our Service, and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In case you believe that any children may have provided us with personal Information, please let us know.
In no event shall Makeshift Studios Limited, nor its directors, employees, partners, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
